As a realtor I believe first and foremost I must be a good listener. Identifying your personal goals provides me with the opportunity to make those goals a reality. As much as you interview me, I will in turn, interview you. Firstly, what are the reasons for your move? How can I best assist you? What are the “must haves” you need me to meet? The answers to these three questions provide me with a perimeter to work within and provide a foundation to build upon - a foundation to making your goals a reality. During the process I strive to keep my clients informed. Seeking and providing realtor feedback for my sellers, keeping buyers informed with client “Gateways,” automatic home searches based on your specific criteria, keeping you informed of market trends. I strive to treat all of my clients with the same respect and importance that I myself, would desire. I make every effort to make my clients feel secure. I understand and appreciate the task with which you have trusted me. If at any time you feel I am not meeting your expectations, I ask that you call me to meet and discuss your concerns. In the event that I cannot meet your goals I will certainly release you. I would not wish to force a client to continue a relationship they felt unfavorable. I promise to be professional, trustworthy, honest, ethical, and hard-working to meet your expectations. Your personal goals are my goals, and making those goals a reality makes me a success.
