Paula has a great passion for the waterfront areas of Austin Texas and surrounding Highland Lakes, to include Lake Austin, Lake Travis and Lake LBJ.  With over 15 years of experience in real estate and a heavy influence in working with custom home builders and developers, her focus is on the progression of these areas, while being sensitive to the preservation of their natural beauty that makes them special. Paula has received specialized training in dealing with all aspects of marketing, negotiating and selling Luxury Homes.  Earning designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, Certified Negotiations Expert, Transnational Referral Certification and her GRI education, show she is clearly focused on the special needs of her elite clientele and today’s global market.  As member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate and The Board of Regent’s in Austin, she embraces outside agent referral and networks, providing excellent communication and service to those who are referred.  Also licensed in the state of Florida and as concurrent Member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, she can assist you in locating property, primarily in the Tampa, Sarasota and St. Petersburg areas.  

She is most recently under contract as the exclusive listing agent and real estate consultant, for a multi-million dollar waterfront community on Lake Travis, The Reserve at Lake Travis, providing 1 acre plus home-sites, million dollar plus primary and secondary luxury homes.
