About Wade

Wade Shoop is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelors degree in Farm and Ranch Management and a Masters degree from Texas Tech University in Interdisciplinary Studies (Business, Wildlife Management, and Remote Sensing/GIS).  After school Wade worked for the City of Lubbock for several years in the planning and zoning department where he learned about the land use, zoning and development process in the State of Texas.  While working for the City of Lubbock Wade also owned and operated a flight school and finished his Masters degree.  He entered the Real Estate profession as a sales professional in 2006 and quickly earned his Brokers license in 2008.  He has been with Turnquist Partners since he began in Real Estate.

Wade was born and raised in Austin and spent a large amount of time growing up on his families ranch and hunting with his Grandfather all over Texas.  He believes that the key to a successful business is truth and honesty and truly spending the time listening to and working with clients to meet their real estate goals in a professional and ethical manner. 

Wade focuses his real estate practice to rural land for ranching, recreation, development and commercial opportunities.  No job is to small, task to trivial, or distance to great to travel to meet his clients goals.  He believes that is takes an extraordinary effort to set himself apart from other agents and looks forward to showing that to his clients.
