Our Communities
Round Rock
The Round Rock community dates back to 1851, when a small settlement formed on the banks of Brushy Creek. Round Rock is named for the large rock located in the middle of the creek, which marked a convenient low-water crossing for wagons and livestock. Since those early years, Round Rock has grown from a sleepy farming community north of Austin, to one of the fastest growing communities in the country.
Round Rock has become known as the "Sports Capital of the World" and hosts numerous competitive athletic events, as well as boasting its own minor league baseball team, the Round Rock Express.
